Position Profile:

Mechanical Design Engineers role is to provide a high quality engineering design service throughout the project cycle from Enquiry, detailed engineering and manufacture.  Ensuring client, budget, delivery and certification requirements are met and in line with company and industry best practice.  Execute detailed engineering and provide Engineering deliverables in support of ongoing projects.  Maintain knowledge of industry/international standards and ensure compliance throughout engineering and manufacturing phases.  Development of Axon Well Intervention Products in line with industry best practice and local / international standards.  Support Axon International engineering requirements as and when required.  Assist with field surveys and attend client project meetings as and when required.  Participate in design/operational reviews associated with enquiries / projects.  Ensure current and applicable legislative and compliance standards or documents are available and advise Axon personnel on project specific legislative requirements.  

Project Engineer

Position Profile:

Responsible for assigned project(s) in coordinating activities related to the design, manufacture & refurbishment of equipment utilised within the oil and gas sector, responsibilities include but are not limited to preparation of project plans, controlling budgets, organising and communicating instruction to multidiscipline project teams including Engineering, Fabrication, Mechanical Technicians and Electrical & Instrument Technicians in ensuring project deliverable is in accordance with client requirements, on time and in compliance applicable legislation and company Project Management and QMS procedures.

Position Profile:

The fabricator/ welders role is to work to Engineering drawings, written scopes or under instruction from supervisor or project staff in carrying out manufacturing, refurbishment, enhancement, repair or installation on a wide variety of oil indusrty  related well service and industrial equipment.  To ensure that all work is carried out in a safe, efficient and timely manner and to the expected quality standard.  Work at company facitlities as well as off- site work when required.  Mentor and train co- workers when appropriate.
